Meet our founder

When I discovered Maria Montessori in university, something changed forever. I completed my BA in Social Studies, knowing this was not my intended direction, because something within me knew I wanted to be a Montessori guide.

While studying for a BA in Early Years Education, I decided to train as a 0-3 and 3-6 AMI assistant, and I realized this was my true calling: to walk alongside children in spaces that honor and respect their childhood, stepping away from the conventional school system.

After working in different Montessori environments, I coordinated the first course of AMI Guides at the Montessori Institute of Valencia with the AMI trainers Dora and Maria Teresa Vidales.

After that, I started the Master in Montessori Pedagogy at the University of Vic and the Montessori Institute of San Diego, which I completed in 2021, becoming a 0-6 AMI Guide. Dr. Silvia Duvoboy was my trainer, and she instilled in me her great love for the Montessori philosophy.

From then on, life has led me to work in different Montessori environments in Europe; many experiences have made me the professional I am today. My journey continues as I lead Biznaga Montessori in the city of Málaga.

Niki Papdi

Szeged, Hungary 1980.

I am a dedicated Hungarian educator based in Málaga, driven by a passion for child development and language learning. I hold a BA in Linguistics with English Language from the University of Westminster in London, the Qualified Teacher Status in the UK, and an MA in Human Rights from University College London.

My journey began in Hungary, where I trained as a primary school teacher, learning about pedagogy and psychology. Since moving to Spain, my professional experience has centered on teaching English to children and preparing students for Cambridge exams. I also specialize in supporting bilingual children, helping them build confidence and a strong linguistic foundation.

I have completed the AMI 3-6 Orientation Course at the Montessori Institute Prague, reinforcing my dedication to Montessori education. Above all, I believe in empowering each child to explore, develop independence, and learn through meaningful, enriching experiences.
